Usage: The wheel air tightness test-bed is used to test the air tightness of wheels (wheel hub+tire assembly/wheel hub) of automobiles and motorcycles, to judge whether there is leakage or not, and to ensure driving safety.
Applicable objects: tubeless wheels, steel/aluminum alloy wheels, all kinds of passenger car/commercial vehicle wheels.

The test machine is mainly composed of a host and a control cabinet.
1. Host
1.1 The host part consists of a frame, a drum drive assembly, a test station loading assembly and a protective net.
1.2 The drum drive assembly includes: a transmission system and a drum assembly. The transmission system is driven by a motor through a belt drive to drive the drum to rotate. The motor realizes speed regulation under the control of the speed regulating device. The drum assembly includes: a drum, a main shaft and a pulley. Each test station loading assembly includes a trolley loading mechanism, a tire station shaft assembly, a linear guide, a load sensor and other functional modules. The trolley loading movement adopts a high-quality linear guide, and the tire station shaft rotation support adopts an imported high-quality bearing combination to ensure the precise operation of the station moving parts.
1.3 Each station has a set of tire pressure loss protection devices. During the test, if the tire pressure is reduced due to tire leakage or other reasons, the tire will be quickly retracted.
Each station has a set of retraction detection devices. When the tire retreats, the slide triggers the travel switch and the station stops retreating.
1.4 The testing machine is designed with a whole machine protection net. When the tire test is in progress, if the sliding door is opened, the testing machine will immediately alarm and stop.
1.5 The loading assembly of the test station is mainly composed of a loading cylinder, a guide part and a tire mounting device.
1.6 The cylinder is installed on the bracket, the load sensor is installed on the front of the cylinder, and the displacement sensor is built inside the cylinder.
2  Control cabinet
2.1 The control cabinet includes a power drive cabinet and a computer cabinet.
2.2The power drive cabinet is equipped with a motor speed control device to achieve precise control of the power system distribution and speed of the testing machine.
2.3 The computer operation interface is divided into program management, equipment operation, data recording, data calibration and equipment diagnosis interfaces, among which the login data calibration interface requires engineer authority.
2.4 The system records, stores and displays the test speed, load, time, cumulative mileage, cumulative time, tire dynamic/static radius, ambient temperature, etc. in real time.
