Product Description

This type of cutting machine is composed of fuselage, electric control box, cutting room, motor, cooling system, cutting wheel and other components. The cutting machine can not only cut the diameter of 80mm(pipe fittings) within the circular workpiece, but also can cut the height of 80mm, depth of 200mm rectangle sample. The machine cools the sample through a cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating during the cutting process and burning the tissue. The machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thus improving the quality of cutting samples. The machine is split cutting and automatic cutting. The large volume cutting chamber is more convenient for the cutter to use, and is one of the sample preparation equipment for metallographic test in colleges and universities and factories.
