ZXQ-3Q double head (setting room) automatic metallographic sample setting machine (pneumatic), is designed to meet the batch, fast, precise sample making intelligent automatic metallographic setting machine. This machine is used to press thermosetting plastic for small metallographic samples that are irregular and not easy to handle. After forming, it is convenient for grinding and polishing operation, and is also conducive to microstructure determination in metallographic microscopy, hardness testing, etc. The isolated double setting chamber can be controlled separately and two different sizes of samples can be set at the same time.
