The XQ-2B metallographic specimen setting machine is suitable for pressing thermosetting plastics on small metallographic specimens that are not shaped or easy to handle. After forming, the sample can be easily grinded and polished, and the microstructure can be determined under metallographic microscope.
This machine is a mechanical Mosaic machine, rotating the outside hand wheel of the body, through a pair of bevel gears to drive the inner screw of the body to press the sample of the lower die in the mold sleeve to move up and down, and the sample of the thermoplastic and the embedded sample is formed under heating conditions. The forming pressure in the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by the spring fixed in the collective, and the pressure of the sample pressing can be indicated by the signal light.
